Dialog Axiata taps Netcracker BSS solutions for B2C customers

Sri Lankan operator Dialog Axiata has extended its partnership with Netcracker for BSS functionality and professional services to further enhance its billing capabilities for mobile, TV and broadband customers.

Specifically, Dialog Axiata will implement Netcracker’s Revenue Management solution to increase monetization opportunities and business flexibility via carrier-grade billing capabilities. The solution increases reliability while providing the CSP with improved scalability to manage fluctuating customer demand.
